Okay, so I am not sure why these are called "skinny" muffins, because they are so delicious that you are going to want to eat four in one sitting! My mom found this recipe a couple of years ago and they have become somewhat of my "treat" muffin when I am getting tired of my blueberry or banana muffins. I really need to experiment with some more muffin recipes. I have a ton pinned on Pinterest but I really love my staple muffins!
