Haig loves to Play

Haig Arthur has been doing lots of playing lately! He still loves his zoo mat but he is also holding onto lots of his toys. He does really well with his links and also enjoys sucking his munch mitt. He is also on the move just a little bit so sometimes he prefers to lay on his foam mats in the living room as oppose to his zoo mat. He can flip from side to side and do little 180's on the mat. Sometimes he rolls over but still not very often. He can sit up on his own for just about a second but he is so strong and loves standing up at the couch with help. I can't believe my baby will be SIX months next week! Someone stop the clock!

Drive-In

Haig and I wanted to go see Wonder Woman so bad but we knew we wouldn't be able to go to the movie theater to see it. Haig mostly works close shifts until 9:00 p.m and it has been very hard for the baby to go to bed without me. I am super okay with that, it just makes going out in the evenings challenging as I have to be home around 8:00 p.m. The past weekend the Brackley Drive-In was playing Wonder Woman for their first show! We only found out on Sunday, so we did something we normally wouldn't do, and loaded up the car to see the movie. We had the baby all ready for bed and he finished his bedtime bottle shortly before the movie started and fell asleep within the first 15 minutes of the movie. He did so well that I think we will be trying to catch a few more movies this summer at the Drive-In. Such a fun experience for our little family.

boy club

Our 2nd boys club play date was a nice day filled with sunshine and cool breezes. We sat outside with the little fellas and watched them play and get to know each other better. It is always so good to see Stacey and Ashley too and catch up about all things motherhood. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have these girls to come over and keep me sane! Some weeks are crazier than others but hopefully we will all see each other again very soon!
